NELSON INA LEE (BASS) Age 81, of Oakland and the Hill District, passed away on July 21, 2015. Wife of William Robert Nelson; mother of Roger, Michael (Lillian), Dwayne (Pandora) and Charlene Nelson; sister of Ira Bass, Evelyn Washington, Janice Jackson, and late Louvenia L. Porter, Leon Carter, Jr. and Barbara Banks; grandmother of 15; and great-grandmother of ten; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
