CHICHWAK BARBARA ANN (AUGUSTINE) Barbara (Augustine) Chichwak, 72, of Louisville, KY passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Baptist Hospital East. She was born May 8, 1945 in Pittsburgh to John M. and Ruth M. Augustine. Her stepfather was John Maxwell. Barbara graduated from St. Wendelin High School and was primarily a homemaker until going to work as a receptionist and administrative assistant for Gordon Schrecker Insurance Agency and Thompson Associates. Visitation will be held at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 and Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 3-8 p.m. She will be laid to rest on Thursday, October 12, 2017 in Jefferson Memorial Park.
