SZILVASI JOHN JOSEPH Age 74, of Dormont, died Saturday, December 9, 2017. He was the cherished husband and best friend of Jacquelyn (Banyas) for over 50 years. He was the son of the late John James Szilvasi and Anna Ignacz. He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Seiler; and brother, Joseph Szilvasi. He was the dear brother-in-law of Maryellen Kostilnik, Patricia Palmer, Geraldine Holley and Joyce Fuchs. He was the proud uncle of 14 nieces and nephews, 22 great-nieces and nephews and four great-nieces and nephews. John was very proud to have served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was retired from Duquesne Light after 41 years of service.
