(June) Rubacky, Diane (Hugh) Burns and Cheryle (Richard, Jr.) Cummings; grandfather of Andrew M. Rubacky, Jason M. (Heather) Rubacky, Cayla Rubacky, Adam Burns, Shannon Burns, Zac Cummings and Tyler (Paige Costa) Cummings; great-grandfather of Brynn and Jaxon Rubacky and Zoe and Tyler, Jr. Cummings; preceded in death by two sisters.
