Husband of Helen Hart; son of Elizabeth Hart; father of Herbert T. Hart III, DeWayne Hart (Terri) and Melissa Hart-Gibson; brother of Vincent L. Hart. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, other family and friends. Visitation Friday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., on June 19, 2020, at New Hope Baptist Church, 445 Sixth Street, Braddock, PA. Masonic service will begin on Friday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, 10 a.m., on June 20, 2020, which is private for the family and invitation only for friends.
