BOUCEK BARBARA K. Age 65, of Ft. Wayne, IN, formerly of Hudson, OH, died Tuesday, June 16, 2015, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, John; her children, Kate (David) Lewis and Andrew Boucek; grandson, Jack Henry Lewis; and her sister, Mary Ann (Michael) Schmitt. Barbara was a graduate of Edinboro College and worked as a substitute teacher for Hudson Elementary School and as a special education teacher for Allegheny County School System in Pittsburgh. She enjoyed playing cards, traveling and seeing movies and plays.
