(Tammi) Lacek, Jr., Heather (Michael) Polenik, Melanie (Bradley) Smith, and Mary Ellen (Brad) Wall; grandmother of Tyler Darden, David Lacek, Ethan Smith, Adeline Smith, Daniella Lacek, Dalton Lacek and Taylor Wall; sister of Martin "Butch" Pruss, Joseph Pruss, Lillian McCabe, Helen Bruwelheide and Katie Milavec; godmother of Jacqueline Pruss and Rebecca McCabe; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
