KREMER PHILLIP A. Age 70, of Verona, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018. Son of the late Francis and Grace (Hoak) Kremer; beloved husband for 48 years of Carol (Garzotto) Kremer; loving father of Gretchen (Steven) Davidson and Kristen (Anthony) Booker; grandfather of Brandon, Kyle, Kali, Kenny, Anthony, and Ava; dear brother of Phyllis Speer, Rosemary Rushford-Baker, Shirley Bollinger, and Alan Kremer; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Phil had a 26-year career as a nursing assistant and safety technician at the VA on Highland Drive. He was an avid sportsman and fisherman, enjoying many outdoor activities with his grandchildren. Phil proudly served our country in the Army during the Vietnam War. SIEGFRIED HARRY D. Born September 9, 1954 in Darby, Pennsylvania, died suddenly on September 19, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Margaret Siegfried; and his father-in-law, Frank Setcavage. A longtime resident of Seven Fields, PA, he was a loving husband of 36 years to Caryn; father of Andrew (Jennifer), Elizabeth (John Hyland) and Catherine; grandfather of Grant Siegfried; brother of Richard H. (Helen) Siegfried, Jr., Peg (Kevin) Rae, Denise (Richard) Scala and Daniel (Carol) Siegfried; son-in-law of Rita Setcavage; brother-in-law of Justine (Fred) Dial; also survived by 18 nieces and nephews. Harry graduated from St. James High School in Philadelphia and went on to graduate from Virginia Military Institute in 1978. He was an avid lover of golf and his family. Adored father of Joyce Steckman (Walter) of Manhattan and Alan Shapiro (Emily Greenspan) of Brooklyn; loving grandfather of David Shapiro, Vanessa Steckman Finger (Michael), and Deborah Shapiro; and great-grandfather of Lucian Finger. Michael was a World War II combat veteran of the Army Air Corps. After one season of professional basketball with the Pittsburgh Ironmen, Michael operated Michael's Men's and Boys' Wear and Michael's Boutique in Pittsburgh. After moving to Aventura, Michael was a Police Aide at Miami City Hall. CRIVARO CAMILLE ANN Passed away peacefully on Friday, September 21, 2018 in Allegheny General Hospital after a long and courageous battle against kidney disease. She was born in Pittsburgh to Anthony and Amelia Speranza Crivaro, who preceded her in death. Camille was a member of St. Patrick Church in Canonsburg. Camille dedicated her life to prayer with the Rosary for Vocations. She was devoted to her faith and Mary. She was a graduate of John Powers Finishing School and traveled all through Europe with her classmates after she graduated. Camille also was a nanny and loved being around and taking care of children. Camille is survived by her brother, Raymond Crivaro (Barbara) of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister, Joan Mitchell (Joseph) of Pittsburgh; and a brother, Arthur Crivaro (Eileen) of Eighty Four; a niece, Monica Crivaro of Culpeper, VA; nephews, Ryan Carr (Amy) of Monongahela, Christopher Crivaro of Virginia Beach, VA, Darren Carr (Becky) of Pittsburgh; as well as a greatnephew, Shayne Crivaro; great-nieces, Kayla Carr, Maura Carr, Delani Carr and Autumn Crivaro; and numerous cousins throughout the United States. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Russell Crivaro. BROWN CHARLES FREDERICK "FRED" Of Greensburg, passed from this world on September 20, 2018 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by his father, Charles F. Brown, Jr., and his mother, Lucille (Swearingen) Brown; Fred is survived by his wife of 37 years, Linda (Krzeminski) Brown; he is also survived by a sister, Carolyn Baldwin. Fred grew up in Bethel Park, PA, but for the past 23 years, he and Linda have lived in Greensburg, PA. He graduated from Penn State University and had a 40 year career in Healthcare Management and Administration, primarily at Healthsouth Harmarville Rehabilitation Center. He is especially grateful to his long-time friends who stuck by him through the years of difficult new challenges. KENT MICHAEL P. Age 74, of Ligonier, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his home. He was born July 25, 1944 in Decatur, Indiana, a son of the late Hugh J. and Helen E. (Holthouse) Kent. He began his career at Westinghouse and went on to become an expert on sports gambling, a philanthropist and an environmentalist. He loved being outdoors in nature and enjoyed collecting model trains and A.C. Gilbert erector sets. He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle (Rectenwald) Kent of Ligonier; two brothers, John Charles Kent of New Mexico and William Joseph Kent and his wife, Debra Hammack of New Mexico; and his beloved dogs and cats. MOSS MARY AGNES Age 98, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 19, 2018. She was born March 14, 1920, in Fayette City, PA and she is the daughter of the late John and Grace (Hamer) Rodgers. She was married on April 8, 1941 in Canonsburg, PA to the late Vassar "Pete" Young Moss, Jr. M.D. She is survived by her children, John Lawrence (Leigh) Moss, William Foster (Donna) Moss; eight grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren; she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Ann Stein; three siblings, Joseph T. Rodgers, (Jack) John Rodgers, and Margaret Ann (Rodgers) Baeslack. Agnes has been a member of the Beulah Presbyterian Church since 1955. She was a member of PEO and the Women's Club of Wilkinsburg and was a nurse at Magee Women's Hospital during WWII. Her love of books has been an inspiration to us all. SWARTZ EARL WILLIAM Age 90, of Liberty Borough, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at home. He was born November 21, 1927 in Elizabeth and was the son of the late Ralph and Clara (VanFossen) Swartz; and was the husband of the late Dorothy (McAraw) Swartz. Earl was a member of St. Mark's Parish - St. Eugene Worship site in Liberty Borough and was a member of the Usher's Club there for over 50 years. He was a retired Tin Plate Wrapper for US Steel Irvin Works and retired in 1984 after 42 years of service. He was also a member and Trustee of the retired steelworkers organization, SOAR. Earl was a US Navy Veteran and served during WWII. For his service, he received the WWII Victory Medal. For over 50 years, Earl was an avid Duck Pin Bowler. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Swartz; and son, David (Rita) Swartz of Liberty; grandchildren, Jill (Sean) Stevens, Michael (Emily) Swartz, and Kim SwartzGamble; and greatgrandchildren, Lucas, Emma and Aubree; he was preceded in death by his sister, Ailene Morgan.
