Born November 12, 1927, in Takoma Park, MD, he was a son of the late Lewis Elmer Worsham, Sr. and Irene Lena Worsham. A Korean War Veteran of the US Navy serving on the USS Mississippi, Mr. Worsham was a retired golf professional, including service at the Youghiogheny Country Club in Elizabeth Twp. and a Century Member of the PGA. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty; and their son, Mark; along with three brothers, Bubby, Lew and Buck. Survivors include his wife, Thelma (Love) Worsham; children, Laurie (Warren) Fox, Bryan (Gary Craig) Worsham, Linda (Bob) Bennett, Elaine Martin, Jim Hare, Tim Hare and Nancy Savini. Also surviving are a sister, Uva Mae Cable; a devoted niece, Judi (Aris) Stilwell; and 11 grandchildren. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Export. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles F. Christy; son, Charles Christy; and brothers and sisters, Mary, Eleanor, Clare, Bertha, Paul, John, James, Andrew, Catherine and Patricia. Ann will be dearly missed by her loving family.
